Are prices in KWD or USD?

All prices on this page are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). We can invoice in USD, EUR, or GBP for international clients on request — contact us for a custom quote.

Is VAT included?

Prices shown are before VAT. Kuwait doesn't currently charge VAT on services, but clients in VAT jurisdictions (UAE, KSA) will have 5–15% added to the invoice per local tax rules.

What happens if I go over my hour allocation?

On Starter and Business tiers, overage hours are billed at the standard hourly rate (30 KWD/hour). You'll get a notification at 75% and 90% of your monthly allocation so there are no surprises.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — you can pause for up to 2 months per year with no penalty. Great for seasonal businesses or quieter periods.

Do you offer annual contracts with a discount?

Yes. Pay annually and save 15% (equivalent to ~2 months free) on any tier. Enterprise contracts are typically annual and include custom SLAs.

What's included in 'one technology domain' on Starter?

A 'domain' is one technology family — e.g., VoIP, Odoo, or Linux administration. Starter covers one; Business covers up to 5; Enterprise is unlimited.
