Starter is remote-only. Business and Enterprise include on-site visits within Kuwait and the wider GCC region. International on-site is available as a separate engagement for Enterprise clients.

We cover VoIP (Cisco UCM, FreePBX), networking (Ubiquiti, Meraki), Windows Server + AD, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), Odoo ERP, Laravel, React/Next.js, AWS, and network security (pfSense, WireGuard). If it's enterprise-grade infrastructure, we likely support it.

Yes — you can upgrade anytime and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts on Starter or Business tiers.

Unused hours in Starter and Business tiers roll over for one month. After that they expire. Enterprise is unlimited, so there's no hour tracking to worry about.

Every project ends with a documentation package covering architecture, credentials (stored securely), runbooks, and monitoring setup. Your team always has full knowledge of their own infrastructure.
